3 Things To Always Keep In Stock In Your Breakroom

If you own your own company or if you are the office manager of a large company, then you know just how important employee morale is. In order to keep everyone's spirits afloat and make sure that everyone feels valued, it's important that you do things for them. One easy way to show your employees that you care is to keep your breakroom stocked with some certain goodies; that way they don't have to go out for coffee or certain snacks. This article will go over three things that you should always keep in stock so that your employees feel happy. Read on.

1. Keurig Pods

If you really want to make sure that your employees stay on top of things every morning, then make sure that you get a Keurig machine and Keurig pods. The fun thing about Keurig pods is they come in a variety of flavors and strengths of coffee which means that you are bound to keep everyone satisfied. Plus, they brew just one cup at a time so you won't have to worry about a big pot sitting out on the counter every day and likely going to waist.

2. Fresh Fruit

Another thing that you should consider keeping in stock all of the time is fresh fruit. Not only is fresh fruit ideal for everyone (no matter what their diet is) but it's also pretty affordable as well. Try to make sure that you buy fresh fruit a few times a week so that you have enough of it and so it is, in fact, fresh. If you don't want to have to worry about refrigerating it, consider getting apples, oranges, and bananas.

3. Crackers

Crackers are another affordable snack that just about everyone likes. When you are choosing crackers for your office, go with small individual ones of them so that you don't have to worry about putting them in a bag or divvying them up. If you have anyone who has peanut allergies or nut allergies, just make sure that you don't' get crackers that have nut butter in them.

Showing your employees that they are valuable, doesn't have to be difficult. By having a breakroom stocked with a few snacks and coffee, you can hopefully help your employees realize how much they matter to you. If you aren't sure what snacks your employees like, consider sending out a survey for everyone to do; that way you really have data.
